I fusilli carciofi e caprino sono un primo piatto express davvero sfizioso: la pasta viene condita con una crema di caprino e pecorino, con gustosi carciofi saltati in padella e completata con filetti di mandorle tostate. I fusilli carciofi e caprino sono velocissimi da preparare e adatti ad essere gustati ben caldi o tiepidi! Leggi anche: Carciofi in padella. Aggiungete i carciofi tagliati e fateli ben rosolare e insaporire per 3 minuti 3. Abbassate la fiamma, coprite con un coperchio e lasciate cuocere per 15 minuti, o comunque fino a che saranno morbidi. Se dovesse servire, aggiungete un filo di acqua calda o del brodo vegetale 4 durante la cottura. Una volta cotti, unite il prezzemolo 5 e salate.

As to their freshness, the shop has not installed a refrigerator, the veggies get sold within the day or maybe two days. They also sell top notch cheeses, and a selection of charcuterie, as well as dry goods and other staples, drawn from brands that are either organically certified or else just bloody good. I noticed, for instance, that they sell my favourite olive oil: Quattrociocchi. Not to mention an array of mouth-watering cheeses. Anyway, the reason I ended up going there last Friday was a bureaucratic one. I needed to pick up a legal document from a public notary office in Rome.
